Responsibilities

- Plan an assigned group of owner‑operators and company drivers specifically our LCV – Long Combination Vehicle
- Monitor and balance fleet miles among all units
- Plan to meet specific mileage targets
- Communicate with customers to set up loads
- Work directly with customers to set up the movement of loads
- Enter,



update, issue, and finalize purchase orders;
- Resolve driver issues
- Work with Pricing, Credit, Billing, and other departments
- Shared responsibility for weekly, monthly, and yearly financial results
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- Minimum High School diploma with a Community College certificate (up to one (1) year) in a related field or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years experience dispatch preferably in a planning role
- Two (2) years AS400 and multiple equipment dispatching preferred
- Strong multi‑tasking and analytical skills
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization
