The Bridge is seeking a dedicated Clinical Program Manager to oversee the Youth Recovery House initiative. This leadership role emphasizes creating evidence-based programs and ensuring the well-being of youths facing substance use challenges. You will provide supervision and guidance to program staff while participating in wider agency initiatives to enrich the community's support system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program operations and ensure compliance with best practices
• Supervise a diverse staff team including Recovery Care Workers
• Develop and implement program curriculum for youth recovery




• Evaluate performance and provide clinical coaching to staff
• Engage in community committees to advocate for comprehensive support

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in addiction services
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, and program development
• Applicable professional registration (BCCSW or BCACC)
• Valid BC driver’s license and clean criminal record check
