Elevate patient care as an Anesthesia Assistant with Lakeridge Health in Ajax-Pickering. This full time role includes providing anesthesia support and critical care alongside a multidisciplinary team.

As part of the Surgical Program, you'll collaborate with anesthesiologists to ensure high-quality patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases. Your responsibilities include administering pharmacological agents and assisting in monitoring patients. This position requires a Certified Clinical Anesthesia Assistant (CCAA) with previous critical care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer agents under supervision of Anesthesiologist
• Assist with patient monitoring during procedures




• Provide direct patient care throughout various phases
• Collaborate with the health care team effectively
• Maintain and document patient charts diligently

Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Clinical Anesthesia Assistant
• Completed an Anesthesia Assistant Graduate Certificate
• Minimum two years in the operating room
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Ability to function confidently in emergencies
