Responsibilities

Manage personal lines policies including auto, home, and high-net-worth clients

Handle renewals, claims, and customer service inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

Utilize broker portals to provide complete-cycle service, supporting sales, service,



and claims processes

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

RIBO License

Minimum of 3 years of brokerage experience, ideally in personal lines

Strong knowledge of auto, home, and high-net-worth insurance products

Familiarity with broker portals and full-cycle service experience

Nice to Have Skills

Commercial insurance experience

Other Requirements

Ability to work in-office full-time initially, with a transition to hybrid work after six months

Comfort in a non-corporate, relationship-focused environment
