Your Mission As a Quality Assurance Analyst , you will play a key role in continuous improvement and the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) . Your mission is to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by supporting teams and contributing to the company's overall performance.
Your Responsibilities Develop and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) to support organizational growth.
Create and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, processes, and forms.
Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support continuous improvement, quality control, and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with teams on process mapping and documentation.




Contribute to supplier approval and employee qualification activities.
Ensure effective and user-friendly document management.
Participate in training and communication initiatives related to quality best practices.
Qualifications DEC/AEC in Aerospace or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Experience with quality control, auditing, and process mapping.
Proficiency with digital tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Knowledge of SMS (Safety Management System) and AS9100 standards is considered a major asset.
