Lumenus Community Services is seeking a dedicated Intensive Therapist for its Adult Services program in North York. This full-time role focuses on supporting dual diagnosis individuals through a strength-based, collaborative approach.

In this role, you'll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide critical support to individuals with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include implementing clinical interventions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining effective communication with mental health professionals. The position is designed to aid high-need individuals unable to access community resources due to their clinical profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish supportive routines and a protected environment
• Assist with life skills and emotional regulation




• Collaborate on clinical interventions and programs
• Develop assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain communication with team members and outside agencies

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in social services or counseling
• Knowledge of autism and dual diagnosis care
• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Effective communication with professionals and families
• Satisfactory clearance under Vulnerable Sector Screening
