In this community-focused role, you'll assist youth in London and Middlesex facing challenges. As a Youth Development Counsellor, you'll develop personalized support plans, mentor youth with complex needs, and provide essential case management. Your leadership and youth engagement skills will play a critical role in fostering positive outcomes for youths at risk, including those transitioning out of care or facing human trafficking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer youth assessments and initiate support plans
• Mentor vulnerable youth including those affected by trafficking




• Manage and coordinate services for youth participants
• Use motivational interviewing to establish action plans
• Provide crisis intervention and outreach support

Requirements:
• University degree or 2-year college diploma in human services
• 3-5 years’ experience working with youth
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility for varied shift hours
• First Aid/CPR certification required
