Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with regulatory applications and filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. or J.D.) from a recognized institution
• 1-3 years of legal counsel or articling experience
• Eligible for Law Society membership in Newfoundland and Labrador
• Robust research and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
