Key Responsibilities:
• Create requisitions and assign to TA Advisors
• Post job ads on Nutrien and niche job boards
• Schedule interviews and answer recruitment inquiries




• Administer aptitude assessments through third-party vendors
• Contribute to process improvements and training initiatives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or comparable experience
• 1+ year in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Experience with HR Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Solid communication and organizational skills
