St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is seeking a qualified part time ultrasound technologist. You will perform a variety of imaging procedures in compliance with standards from ARDMS and CARDUP. Ideal candidates must have previous experience working independently and be adept in utilizing high-frequency sound waves for diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute diverse ultrasound imaging procedures following department protocols
• Produce high-quality images adapted to patient needs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report failures




• Confirm patient identification accurately before examinations
• Assist during special procedures upon request

Requirements:
• Active ARDMS registration and CMRITO certification
• Experience in abdominal obstetrical doppler imaging
• Knowledge of PACS systems and MSK imaging
• Commitment to continuous education and registration maintenance
• Ability to lift and position patients safely
