Join Stratford Hall as a Facilities Technician to ensure the safety and efficiency of all campuses. Your expertise in building maintenance and operations will keep our workplace functional and welcoming.
As a permanent Facilities Technician, you will be integral to our team, performing repairs and maintenance across all campuses. Key responsibilities include supporting event setups, managing cleanliness, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks. Your problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance and repair assignments promptly
• Provide event setup and teardown support
• Assist with equipment installation and repairs
• Ensure overall cleanliness of facilities
• Perform preventive checks on HVAC and plumbing systems
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Google Drive and MS Office
• Certification in WHIMIS and Level 1 First Aid
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Class 2 unrestricted Driver's license preferred
