As an Employee Experience Business Partner, you will work closely with the VP of People & Engagement to develop and implement the Employee Value Proposition and manage engagement programs. Your responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and recognition programs while utilizing HR metrics to drive engagement and retention. You will also partner with operational leaders to ensure compliance and a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner to embed Employee Value Proposition across the lifecycle
• Manage onboarding and recognition programs effectively




• Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys
• Advise leadership on labour relations and HR policies
• Analyze HR data to inform retention strategies

Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience in union environments
• Solid background in employee relations and engagement
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of HR legislation and compliance
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
