This role in the Intensive In-Home Treatment program requires you to offer therapy, assessments, and coordinate services to clients in East Toronto. Your primary focus will be using evidence-based interventions while working with community agencies to ensure comprehensive support and care. This position is set until August 2027 and provides a unique prospect to impact children's mental health positively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trauma-informed therapeutic sessions for families
• Collaborate on treatment plans with community partners




• Keep clinical records accurate and updated

Requirements:
• Active registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers
• Master's level education in Social Work or similar
• One year of relevant post-master's experience
