Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary liaison for all Epic Connect sites
• Track Epic-related operational metrics and incidents
• Develop executive briefing materials and dashboards




• Manage financial reconciliation for Connect sites
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in health administration or related field
• 3-5 years healthcare experience required
• 5 years project management experience necessary
• 5 years leadership experience in acute healthcare
• Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills
