Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive assessments and reports
• Implement treatment programs with approved plans
• Supervise and train Rehabilitation Assistants
• Communicate with healthcare team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Minimum three years of OT experience preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
