Join Trans Mountain as a Pipeline Coordinator, where you'll manage crucial maintenance schedules and improve operational efficiency for Canada’s extensive oil pipeline system. This in-office opportunity directly impacts our commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
In this full time role, you'll collaborate with District Supervisors, ensuring readiness for maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your focus on planning and execution will support a seamless operation across more than 1,150 kilometers of pipeline. You will streamline communication across teams, identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhanced productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work orders and execution plans in D365
• Support maintenance activities and staffing requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about scheduling
• Monitor maintenance issues and develop corrective actions
• Participate in performance tracking and audits for compliance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of related experience in operations or maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and digital workflows
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience in coordinating maintenance activities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
