This full-time position focuses on building trusting relationships and providing supportive services. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, healthy lifestyle choices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries while working with partners and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop trusting relationships with youth and families
• Implement support services for at-risk individuals
• Collaborate with staff and partnering organizations
• Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
• Communicate ideas effectively in both oral and written forms
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in human services or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Valid class 5 driver's license with a safe record
• Criminal records check within 6 months
• CPR and ASIST training within 6 months
