Take charge of physician service continuity at Alberta Health Services as a Service Continuity Coordinator. Your role focuses on assessing risks to enhance service delivery.

In this pivotal position, you will partner with the Operations team to evaluate service risks and create plans that maintain physician service delivery across various geographical areas. By monitoring staffing levels and operational challenges, you will ensure service gaps are addressed proactively while supporting quality improvement initiatives across Medical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor risks to physician service delivery
• Establish and manage physician on-call coverage
• Develop contingency plans for staffing disruptions




• Build effective relationships with rural medical leaders
• Oversee onboarding processes for current physicians

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field
• Minimum four years of relevant, progressive experience
• Solid understanding of Alberta Health Services protocols
• Proficient with Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
