Key Responsibilities:
• Lead community mobilization aligned with UJA’s priorities
• Cultivate relationships with volunteers and community leaders
• Drive civic engagement and public affairs initiatives




• Mentor emerging leaders and volunteer organizers
• Develop systems to measure engagement and outcomes

Requirements:
• 7–10 years in community organizing or public affairs
• Proven success in mobilizing grassroots initiatives
• Robust understanding of advocacy principles
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools
