Join Arctic Oil & Gas Services as Chef & Kitchen Manager in Tuktoyaktuk, NT. This dynamic role combines culinary excellence with administrative oversight to ensure high-quality operations.

The Chef & Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen and housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace guidelines. You will be responsible for meal planning, inventory management, and administrative functions including billing and payroll. The job emphasizes strong leadership to train kitchen staff and maintain operational readiness in remote conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct kitchen and housekeeping management with precision
• Plan and prepare meals according to safety standards
• Ensure adherence to Food Protected and WHMIS regulations




• Manage all aspects of billing, scheduling, and payroll
• Conduct staff training and enforce compliance standards

Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or certified in food safety
• Experience in kitchen management in remote settings preferred
• Awareness of Indigenous food culture is beneficial
• Physically fit to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (22 kg)
• Availability for early shift starts as required
