Description
As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator we put patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes.

Our clinic is in one of Vancouver’s fast-growing, high-density areas; it is situated by Cambie Village, VGH medical precinct, and City Hall; to top it off it is only a short 15-minute bike ride from downtown Vancouver. With the nearby City Hall train station, it is easily accessible via SkyTrain. This is a location that is highly desired due to the high walkability score to everything you need.

The city of Vancouver is executing major infrastructure improvement projects. The Cambie & Broadway corridor will be one of the major benefactors once the UBC subway project is complete, making it one of the most accessible public transportation hubs via rapid transit.

This location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position will also have a small walk-in component. Our team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Financials
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – Negotiable (LFP, FFS, PCN available)

The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open Mon - Sat. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.

Currently, there are 8 part-time and full-time physicians, as well as two office managers and MOAs who can all help with the transition process.

You also have support from our Physician Success Team who are your advisor/advocate to ensure a positive experience within the Well network. The team works alongside you as you build your practice or take over an existing patient panel.

Qualifications

Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP).

Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC.

Good standing with BC's College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome to apply.
