AGLC seeks a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join its Corporate Services Division. In this vital role, you will manage maintenance requests, perform structural repairs, and support workspace planning projects. Your hands-on approach and customer service skills will ensure exceptional workplace conditions for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize daily service requests efficiently
• Execute structural and interior maintenance across facilities
• Maintain and repair building systems, interiors, and finishes




• Support workspace planning and reconfiguration tasks
• Document maintenance activities using SAP systems

Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification with 3 years of experience
• Experience in multi-site commercial facilities maintenance
• Strong understanding of building systems and materials
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
