Join Finally Home Cat Rescue as a Volunteer Administrator overseeing our adoption center in PetSmart. This role blends leadership with cat welfare to create a supportive community for our volunteers and adoptable cats.

In this volunteer leadership position, you will manage all aspects of the PetSmart adoption center, ensuring the care and well-being of up to 8 cats while coordinating about 50 volunteers. Your ability to lead, communicate, and resolve concerns will enhance our outreach and encourage responsible pet ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the PetSmart Cat Room
• Coordinate monthly volunteer schedules and fill shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards for cat care




• Support and guide volunteers with procedures and updates
• Engage with the public and answer inquiries about adoptable cats

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and digital communication
• Leadership experience or supervisory background
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with cats is preferred
• Passion for animal welfare and compassion for both people and animals
