In this full-time position, take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial lifecycle management for Incubator brands. You'll engage with Brand and Product Development teams to optimize profitability and streamline financial reporting, ultimately impacting the success of new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategic financial plans
• Lead budgeting processes for the incubator portfolio
• Track and analyze sales reports against budget
• Improve spending trackers tailored for new launches
• Manage financial compliance and controls
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B, CPG/Retail preferred
• Finance-related education or equivalent experience
• Proven skills in accounting and revenue management
• Experience implementing ERP solutions, particularly D365
• Strong inclination towards innovation and creativity
