Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Outcome & Experience Office (ONE) We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to support the planning, implementation, evaluation, and promotion of patient experience initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving patient-centred care through data analytics, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, grant administration, and secretariat support.
Key responsibilities include:
Patient Experience Data Analysis
Collect, analyse, and synthesise patient feedback from multiple touchpoints to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement priorities.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support organisational decision-making and enhance patient experience outcomes.
Manage the administration of the Patient Experience (PX) Rapid Response Fund, including application processing, evaluation coordination, applicant communications, financial tracking, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
Support the effective governance and allocation of funding to patient experience initiatives.
Transformation Project Support
Coordinate and support patient experience transformation projects across departments.
Develop project plans, monitor implementation progress, track milestones, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
Communications and Content Development
Develop engaging patient stories, communication materials, marketing collateral, and digital content to promote patient experience initiatives.
Support organisational communications and increase awareness of PX programmes and achievements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between departments, committees, and external partners to support the implementation of patient experience strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
Data Analytics and Reporting
Develop, maintain, and enhance patient experience dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Present data-driven insights to support monitoring, evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making by senior leadership and governance committees.
Event Management and Outreach
Plan and coordinate patient experience events, workshops, campaigns, and outreach activities.
Develop promotional materials and communications that foster staff engagement and reinforce patient-centred care principles.
Secretariat Support
Provide comprehensive secretariat and administrative support for patient experience committees and workgroups.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and papers, manage documentation, record minutes, monitor follow-up actions, and facilitate stakeholder communications.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration,



Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Communications, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in healthcare operations, patient experience management, data analytics, project management, process improvement, communications, or related fields will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Experience in patient feedback analysis, survey design, customer/patient experience management, or quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
Experience in content development, digital communications, or marketing within healthcare or similar professional environments will be advantageous.
Knowledge of healthcare processes, clinical workflows, patient journey mapping, and quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
