As the Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive solutions that highlight Tag's capabilities to prospective clients. Your focus will include ensuring operational feasibility and providing transparent, compelling proposals. Working alongside the Growth Lead, you’ll bridge the gap between creative production and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RFP and proposal responses from inception to submission
• Develop tailored proposals aligned to client objectives




• Engage with subject matter experts to enrich proposals
• Facilitate internal workshops for alignment on strategy
• Present solutions credibly during client meetings

Requirements:
• Experience in solutions design and business development
• Ability to synthesize complex information clearly
• Familiarity with marketing operations and technology
• History of successful proposal delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
