Vale Base Metals is hiring an Analyst II, Commercial to enhance logistics operations in Toronto or Sudbury. This role requires a strong background in supply chain management and contract administration.

As the Analyst II, Commercial, you’ll be at the forefront of managing logistics contracts, stakeholder communications, and compliance for Vale products. Your skills in transportation planning and operational coordination will ensure the effective management of port operations and inventory flows. Experience in complex environments will be crucial for overseeing logistics activities across different transportation modes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute logistics operations for Vale and third-party materials
• Oversee material flows between warehouses and ports




• Coordinate logistics for the railcar fleet
• Manage inbound/outbound cargo and vessel schedules
• Analyze logistics data for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant logistics experience
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Solid ability to prioritize and make decisions
