This position requires experience in legal document drafting, corporate filings, and corporate compliance. You will collaborate with lawyers, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to CORES Level I & II online filings
• Draft and file legal documents for corporate transactions
• Conduct minute book reviews and resolve deficiencies
• Perform corporate searches and inquiries
• Update and maintain corporate records in compliance

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized paralegal program
• Minimum three years of corporate paralegal experience
• CORES Level II certification required
• Strong knowledge of ABCA, CBCA, and related acts
• Proficient in drafting transactional documents
