As part of CNH Industrial, you will design and refine tools, dies, and fixtures for the Agriculture and Construction sectors. Focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement while engaging in design problem solving with our diverse team. Your technical capabilities in CAD and blueprint generation will be key to achieving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and modify simple and complex tooling designs
• Proactively monitor and maintain production quality
• Leverage CAD tools for detailed designs
• Identify and address design issues effectively
• Assist customers in tool requirements and specifications
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma plus technical degree in engineering
• At least three years’ experience in tool design
• Strong math skills and GD&T; knowledge
• Familiarity with SAP and Creo software
• Ability to manage light physical tasks
