At Stantec, we are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle APEX and Database Administrator to maintain and improve our Oracle databases and APEX environments. This senior position requires expertise in database administration, SQL performance tuning, and application deployment management. You will work with various teams to ensure system security and high availability across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Oracle databases (19c and newer) across multiple environments
• Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations securely




• Optimize database performance and tune SQL as needed
• Support APEX application deployments and issue troubleshooting
• Develop automation scripts for operational tasks

Requirements:
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience
• Proficient in Oracle APEX and ORDS administration
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL and performance tuning
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
