You will develop prevention strategies, manage the dental team's operations, and ensure accurate client record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement disease prevention strategies in the community

• Supervise and direct dental aides' daily activities
• Liaise with band administration and related agencies

Requirements:
• Diploma in Dental Therapy and current registration
• Self-motivated with solid interpersonal skills
• Experience working with First Nations Communities is an asset
• Ability to prepare written reports accurately
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
