Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and evaluate nursing department activities
• Plan and oversee personal care services for residents




• Conduct inter-skilled assessments and create care plans
• Implement quality improvement measures and monitor outcomes
• Lead resident care conferences and maintain health records

Requirements:
• Valid RN or RPN registration with the College of Nurses Ontario
• 3-5 years in senior housing leadership roles
• Understanding of Retirement Homes Act legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Clear vulnerable sector screen and TB results
