Under the Graphics IP PMO umbrella, this role supports program management efforts for graphics and compute IP architecture development.THE PERSONThe ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The program manager demonstrates great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate and quality results. The individual embraces accountability and shows mettle and tenacity in dealing with new challenges. and the ability to multitaskSuperb communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablishes IP architecture development project plans, milestones, and deliverablesUtilizes the established architecture Stage Gate process.Works closely with Graphics and Compute architects and can drive architecture development with a certain level of abstraction.Creates JIRA projects & dashboards, and tracks feature development.Conducts Change Review Board meetings and drives to a solution.Establishes Requirement-to-feature traceability via Jama and JiraIdentifies, tracks, and mitigates program risks.Able to implement and track resource allocation across programs and identify resource gaps.Preferred ExperienceExperience in ASIC development programs, either at IP or SoC level.Project management experienceGPU architecture and/or high-level architecture modeling exposureAcademic CredentialsUndergrad degree required.
