Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Ensure the operation and administration of virtual environments.
- Ensure the performance, stability and availability of the platforms.
- Manage vulnerabilities, prioritization, processing, and monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve P3 to P4 level incidents.
- Analyze the root causes of problems and implement durable fixes.
- Participate in changes, updates, patches, and deployments.
- Monitor performance, capacity and availability metrics.
- Perform proactive monitoring of environments.
- Collaborate with network, security, desktop, and cloud teams.
- Document configurations, standards, and procedures.

Profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Possess a minimum of two (2) to four (4)



years of relevant experience in virtual environments.
- Master Windows environments.
- Experience with Citrix.
- Have experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL).
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and environmental security.
- Demonstrate a positive understanding of networks (connectivity, security).
- Know ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM tool.
- Have knowledge of PowerShell (asset).
- Know Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) (asset).
- Proficiency in intermediate level English (asset).
- Know virtualization solutions (asset).
