As a valued team member, you will lead case management for youth in the Thrive Newcomer Program. Your expertise in immigration systems and support services will be critical as you engage with diverse populations. This position requires building relationships, assessing needs, and implementing case management plans that respect cultural identities and lived experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management for assigned newcomer youth
• Collaborate to assess needs and develop case plans




• Create safety plans addressing relational and mental health concerns
• Mentor team members on individualized case plans
• Maintain accurate, qualified case documentation

Requirements:
• BSW or MSW with 5 years of related experience
• Registration with OCSWSSW
• Experience with newcomer and refugee youth preferred
• Understanding of barriers affecting precarious youth
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
