Job Description We are seeking a full time Research Fellow with expertise and background to engage in palliative care projects that aim to improve the quality of life and care experiences of individuals with responsible illnesses and their caregivers. Areas of focus include advance care planning, psychosocial and behavioural interventions, caregiver well-being, and person-centered models of care. The candidate will perform avariety of research activities which include:
Design, implement, and evaluate research studies in palliative and end-of-life care
Conduct data analysis (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods) and prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications.
Contribute to the development and evaluation of palliative care interventions for patients and caregivers.
Perform other related or additional duties assigned by the Principal Investigator
Job Requirements PhD Degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or a related health or behavioural science discipline
Have at least 3-6 years of postdoctoral research experience.
Track record of peer-reviewed publications.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
