Join Dyno Nobel as a Site Supervisor in Terrace, BC, ensuring the implementation of the Zero Harm safety program. This fly-in, fly-out role features a rotating schedule of two weeks on and off.
In this supervisory position, you will manage all aspects of the Eskay Creek distribution site, aligning operations with Dyno Nobel's safety and financial objectives. Your focus will be on developing customer relations and driving best practices in inventory management and equipment maintenance while adhering to safety standards. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll implement strategies for customer profitability and site infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site operations and asset supervision
• Support Zero Harm safety initiatives
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Drive continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Previous work in explosives or mining
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations
