As an Administrative Assistant in the Maintenance department, you will report to the Supervisor and handle crucial tasks, including clerical duties and ERP-based oversight. We are looking for an adaptable qualified with excellent communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and track essential data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clerical duties including scanning and scheduling
• Set up and track Purchase Journals in ERP systems
• Coordinate with the service desk for technical requirements
• Monitor employee time and vacation records
• Prepare safety meeting presentations and action logs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• At least three years of clerical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of maintenance work order systems preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
