In this permanent position with CASA Mental Health, you will provide critical leadership and management to programs designed for children and families. Overseeing clinical and educational teams, your role emphasizes performance management, mentoring, and collaborative communication with community partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cooperative leadership in mental health programs
• Allocate budgets effectively, including personnel and travel
• Conduct annual performance reviews for program staff
• Represent CASA at community events and engagements
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant health discipline
• 5 years clinical practice in child and family mental health
• 2 years clinical leadership in a mental health setting
• Registration with appropriate health discipline in Alberta
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
