Manages the timing, cost, quality and performance of the program.QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:Immediate, position available- $115,000 - $130,000 annual compensationCompletion of university degree in engineering or a related field required3-5 year’s of related experience managing programs in a production/manufacturing environment requiredPrevious experience with GD&T; requiredStrong moulding process knowledge (RIM, TPO, EPP)

Valid passport and driver’s license requiredMAIN DUTIES:Manages all aspects of program builds including cost, delivery, suppliers, customers, internal production and engineering changesConducts APQP activities including PDP & TraX, customer systems, internal documentation, maintaining PDP folders, gate reviews, CFTs, ECN system, and PPAPCoordinates communication regarding program information between departmentsAbility to meet/manage Program Budget (on average, $10, 000, 000)Troubleshoots customer assembly plant issuesValidates designs through DV /PV testing, assembly trials and ergo studiesParticipates in design decision making (feasibility, functionality, manufacturing ability)Supports quoting of new business and assists with defining process requirementsCreates and presents quality and/or design issues and resolutions to customersManages build inventories with the production teamOther duties as assignedAwareness, Unity,
