• Develop asset management strategies for distribution assets
• Lead asset lifecycle strategies and renewal plans
• Create technical scopes for capital maintenance projects




• Identify new capital maintenance programs
• Develop prioritization frameworks for asset decision-making

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical or Civil
• P.Eng. designation with APEGA
• 8–10 years engineering experience in electrical utility
• Knowledge of asset management systems like IBM Maximo
• Solid leadership and communication skills
