In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with Indigenous partners while leading the creation of comprehensive engagement strategies. Your expertise will guide the integration of Indigenous perspectives in organizational decisions and initiatives. Through effective communication and cooperative practices, you'll contribute to meaningful reconciliation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Nurture ongoing dialogue and partnerships with Indigenous communities
• Develop and implement the Indigenous Relations strategy and initiatives
• Operationalize Indigenous relations priorities across business units




• Improve programs and governance by aligning with community priorities
• Monitor and enhance program effectiveness through feedback and analysis

Requirements:
• Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in Indigenous relations
• Proven relationship-building and engagement skills
• Effective communication and project management capabilities
• Familiarity with Indigenous community contexts in southern Ontario
