In this role, you will be part of iCapital’s International Investor Relations team. Your primary responsibilities include client support, onboarding for financial advisors, and facilitating timely capital activity. Collaborating with the technology team will be essential to optimize user experience and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver ongoing client support and manage account updates
• Collaborate with Technology for platform enhancements
• Assist advisors in onboarding processes
• Address client inquiries via phone and email




• Support fund managers in fundraising and subscription processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2-5 years in financial services, specifically investor relations
• Knowledge of Fundserv and Canadian Fund Structures
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
