In this role, you will support Corporate Services under the Vice President of Human Resources, partnering with leaders to enhance workforce strategies. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with corporate values and enhancing employee performance across finance, legal, and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner to define workforce and capability strategies
• Lead performance management and succession planning
• Identify talent risks and build internal pipelines
• Assess capability gaps and set development priorities
• Coach managers on team effectiveness and engagement

Requirements:
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Solid experience with functional leaders
• Background in talent management and organizational development
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
