This role requires you to coordinate audits of complex financial statements, providing an in-depth understanding of client business needs. You'll develop industry expertise while supervising Audit Associates and ensuring adherence to RSM’s Global Audit Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely, high-quality client service
• Coordinate audits of financial statements
• Train and supervise Audit Associates
• Address client concerns proactively
• Identify accounting matters for senior management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license or progress towards it
• 2-3 years of assurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and auditing software
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
