As a Senior Consultant in the Capital Markets Business Strategy team, your impact will be felt across diverse recruitment programs. Engage with universities and internal stakeholders to implement and assess innovative strategies aimed at nurturing future leaders in investment banking, corporate banking, and more. Your role will also encompass developing engaging marketing materials that elevate the bank's presence on campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with university stakeholders
• Plan and execute targeted campus recruitment strategies




• Analyze feedback and metrics to improve programs
• Create effective employer branding presentations
• Guide diversity recruitment initiatives effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in recruitment
• Experience with campus and talent development programs
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and event planning
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Capability to work under pressure and tight timelines
