We’re Hiring: Development & Project Manager

We’re seeking a Development & Project Manager to join our Sherwood Park team and take ownership of high-impact capital projects across Western Canada, from early vision to ribbon-cutting. These projects are in the commercial construction space
Your Role at IPECC Development Management – Lead projects from concept through feasibility, funding applications (CMHC, ISC, CHRT, etc.), and approvals.
Design Oversight – Manage architects, engineers, and consultants through all phases, ensuring design excellence, constructability, and alignment with client vision.
Procurement & Contracts – Own the full tendering and contract process, from RFP/CCDC framework selection through negotiation and award.
Project Management – Deliver projects in the $10M–$20M+ range, driving cost, schedule,



and scope performance using IPECC’s Smartsheet-based Control Tower and Power BI dashboards.
Stakeholder & Funding Alignment – Coordinate Indigenous leadership, nonprofits, municipalities, and multiple funding agencies to keep complex projects aligned and moving forward.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate , protecting the owner’s interests at every stage.
What You Bring 5+ years of experience in development management and project management.
Solid background in design coordination (architects/engineers), procurement, and tendering.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and layered funding streams.
Proven ability to balance detail discipline with big-picture outcomes.
PMP, PQS, CET, or equivalent credentials are an asset.
