This role, available from August through September 2026, encompasses diverse maintenance duties in a non-smoking setting. You'll utilize your skills in plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs to support our tenants and housing management team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of properties
• Supervise tradespeople to ensure quality work
• Monitor garbage removal and recycling processes
• Perform inspections and document building equipment status
• Assist with emergency maintenance responses
Requirements:
• 5+ years of maintenance or related experience
• Familiarity with safe work practices
• Knowledge of regulations related to tenancy
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel across Greater Vancouver
