In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Human Rights & Accessibility and be an essential resource for students, faculty, and staff regarding gender-based and sexual violence. By strategizing educational initiatives and outreach programs, you will enhance campus awareness and support efforts against sexual violence. Your guidance will directly shape effective policies and community responses.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create and implement awareness and prevention strategies • Supervise and support the Peer Educators Program • Provide consultation for those impacted by gender-based violence • Collaborate with external partners for training initiatives • Monitor trends and report on GBSV incidents on campus

Requirements: • Graduate degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 5-7 years in sexual violence prevention • Strong skills in counseling and crisis management • In-depth understanding of intersectional support approaches • Experience in policy review and development
