Are you an experienced Mental Health Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity? We have an excellent role available with a supportive Adult Mental Health Team in North London, offering a competitive rate of £32.00 per hour.

You'll work alongside health professionals in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, helping individuals achieve positive outcomes while developing your own skills and experience.

The Role

- Manage a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs.
- Complete Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning.
- Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions where appropriate.
- Work closely with NHS colleagues,



community mental health teams and partner agencies.
- Carry out safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
- Promote recovery, independence and strengths-based practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely case recordings.

Requirements

- Social Work England registration.
- Previous experience within an Adult Mental Health Team.
- Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act.
- Excellent assessment, communication and partnership working skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in a rapid-paced environment.
